Questions to ask before contacting
How do I confirm the correct edition?
Send the title, author, publisher, year or ISBN. Request the cover and publication-details page; the same title can have different languages or editions.
What should I ask about a used book?
Ask about the cover and pages, missing pages or annotations, and clear photos. Confirm the number of volumes and any items included in a set.
What should you tell the merchant?
Specify the type or reference, quantity, wholesale or retail, and delivery city. This helps you get a clear answer without requiring the merchant to publish their stock.
